Patrimonium Asset Management

Patrimonium is a Swiss private asset manager with CHF 5 bn in assets under management (AuM) across real estate, private credit, private equity and infrastructure. ESG criteria are applied throughout the investment process, from due diligence and risk assessment to portfolio management.
This approach is reinforced by Patrimonium's participation in leading sustainability frameworks, including the UN Principles for Responsible Investment, Swiss Sustainable Finance, and the UN Global Compact. In 2025, the firm published its first sustainability report, setting out a decarbonisation pathway for its real estate portfolio aligned with the Paris Agreement and aimed at improving energy performance and long-term asset resilience.
Since 2025, Patrimonium has extended its environmental commitment to Reefonomics, supporting the verifiable, long-term protection of coral reefs by aligning environmental preservation with local economic value creation in Wakatobi.
